During the period April 1988 to November 1988, Mr. Alfred
Ayache was engaged by Westcliff Management Services Inc. to design,
test and implement a system to complement our existing portfolio
management system. He also took on and completed various other
minor projects.

Alfred completed the major project on schedule and handled the
minor projects quite easily. We were impressed and commend him on
both his technical ability at the system level and his overall
professionalism in managing the project. All in all, we are highly
satisfied with Alfred’s performance, and we plan to use his
services again in the future.
