I would like to let you know that I am very pleased with the progress of the Library Program.

Thanks to Alfred we will have a very comprehensive program, once all the data is entered. He took a serious interest in our project and responded promptly to each and every request. Each time a new problem arose he patiently listened and quickly found a satisfactory solution not only to the relative importance of the data but the distribution problems as well.

Many thanks for assigning him to us. Catherine Lauder and I have enjoyed working with him.
