To whom it may concern,

I am writing this reference on behalf of Alfred Ayache. Alfred was part of a 6-month long initiative to build a React front-end application that utilized RESTful Business APIs. Our branch staff will soon use this application as part of their normal day-to-day activities.

Alfred’s contributions to his Scrum team included building React components that integrated into the application we are building. This application also used a standardized component library built by another team. As such, he regularly interfaced with them for assistance as well as to provide them feedback that would help their overall product. Through his involvement with their team, he also contributed a custom-built currency-handling component.

Alfred is extremely personable with a positive demeanor that helps people open up. This is especially important in a Scrum team, as it helps people share their ideas that may normally be shy. Alfred was a pleasure to work with and would an asset to any team.
