RE: Alfred Ayache

This letter will confirm that Alfred was an employee of CSI Global Education Inc. from July 25, 2005 to February 20, 2006. During this time, he held the position of Webmaster.

In this role, Alfred was responsible for:

• Creating a smart, compelling, fully integrated web site and intranet within tight budgets and deadlines
• Developing dynamic e-marketing campaigns that result in sales
• Monitoring, measuring and tracking the success of the company web site and recommending continuous improvements
• Analyzing feedback from customers to build positive web experiences.

Alfred had a strong sense of where we could improve the function and appearance of our website. He consistently demonstrated a drive to meet his commitments and often drew on his own experiences to challenge the status quo and suggest alternative ways of approaching work. He has strong communication skills and strong background in web design.

We recently re-examined the requirements for this role given the corporate needs. As a result of this review, we eliminated the Webmaster position and Alfred left the organization.
