This form will calculate the number of points you’re entitled to daily. If you’re looking to lose weight, I’ve found this system to be very effective. Once you have your daily points allowance, you simply keep track of the points you eat via one of the many websites listing such things, or through the Food Points Calculator page provided by Notorious Webmaster, and make sure you don’t go over your daily limit. Easy peasy.

Hi , I am 140 pound 5’2 . I would love to loose 15-20 pounds. Would someone be able to send me a list of filling healthy rescipes?
If you’re 16 is is lower or higher than 4 ??
Hi Hannah:
I would put a 4 in the case where you’re younger than 17. I would also recommend discussing this with your doctor.
Best of luck.
Do you put in the weight you want to be or the weight that you are?
Thanks for asking, Liora. You put in your current weight. I modified the form to make that clear.
